Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide notice will result in a $50 fee.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows:
If an appointment is missed or not properly canceled, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving 15 minutes late may require rescheduling if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time.
Every effort will be made to accommodate you, but if we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.
Booking Appointments:
A deposit is required when booking all services. This will be applied toward your total.
